I’m Carina, a fourth-year Russian and International Relations student from North Berwick, Scotland.
My interests centre around humanitarian law and accountability under international law, especially in regard to how legal frameworks are upheld or violated. I’m particularly fascinated by Russian policy and its intersection with international legal obligations, state responsibility, and enforcement mechanisms employable by the international community.
